I scheduled an appointment with YourMechanic due to my car not starting. Shortly, after scheduling I received a call from Luke to gather more information. He listened to my story and concerns. The day of the appointment he called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way and on top of that was 15 minutes early! During, the time he spent on my car he was very personable and openly shared his knowledge. I don't know much about cars and I appreciated his patience as he walked me through the process. Unfortunately, the part I need wasn't available same day of service of course at no fault to anyone. However, he was able to find the problem and took his time to make sure he diagnosed my car correctly. I was impressed with his knowledge, timeliness and work ethic. I highly recommend Luke along with the YourMechanic brand!

I loved everything about this service, but my favorite aspect is the convenience factor. I get a very early start to my days, waking up at 5am, so to have a personal mechanic show up at my home 5 minutes before 7am was wonderful. Even better was how professional and pleasant he was, even offering up suggestions on how to keep my high mileage vehicle running smoothly, and not in a sales-pitchy manner. In fact, more like an older brother who is concerned about my safety and well being manner. Overall, I am quite impressed with this service and happy we now have this option in the St. Louis metropolitan area!
