Christian was very personable, polite and professional. He informed me that the repair would take approximately one hour and it did. I had some other questions about the company and his background and he was very forthcoming and positive. My window (the repair) works perfectly and he even took the time to clean up my temporary solution (duct tape) mess. Pleasure doing business with him.

Christian was punctual and professional. He performed the work in the allotted time and I have no issues with the work. The on-site service was something I could get used to and I would definitely welcome Christian's knowledge and expertise around any of my vehicles in the future.

Christian contacted me earlier in the day prior to the appointment (it was raining alot) to make sure that he would have a covered place to work on the vehicle (which is our responsibility in the agreement with Your Mechanic). We were all set because we had the van in a the parking garage of our condo. During that conversation I found out that he had an opening in his schedule and would be able to come over earlier if that worked with our schedule. This was great! He called when he arrived so that we could come out and let him into the parking garage. He was very polite and professional at all times. He came prepared with all the appropriate tools and parts needed to complete the repair. He completed the repair in the time estimated on the quote. He even had started to clean up the mess on the window from the duct tape we had in place to hold up the window until it could be repaired. The only negative thing was that during the repair he needed to have the key in the ignition and the power turned on (without turning over the engine). He noted this and that he had tried to stop and run the engine every so often to keep the battery from going dead. Unfortunately, after he left we went to drive the van and the battery was completely dead. The battery is relatively new, so it is not like it was faulty. Given that he told us that he had been putting a drain on the battery we should have probably tested the battery by turning over the engine before he left. Then he could have given us a jump. Instead we had to call roadside assistance (which is covered by our insurance) for a jump and they were pretty quick considering it was a rainy day. All is well that ends well. Still a much better experience than we have had at most repair shops. I would use Christian again and recommend him to others for a similar repair.

Christian was right on time. Extremely nice and got the job done within the time frame I was told. Could not be happier and will be using again. Car is running great after my wheel bearing had to be replaced. Price was great!

Christian went above and beyond working on my breaks. They had REALLY rusted on and it wasn't easy for him to get them off. He took the time to show me what was wrong and explain what he was doing (and that he wasn't just hammering away at my car). He's a VERY capable mechanic and I felt confident letting him work on my car. I am absolutely using Christian for all my future repairs!

Everything Christian did was efficient and correct: tight seals on all my hoses; talked to me about problems I might anticipate in the future; showed me the before and after parts. I was nervous to invite someone into a private space, but he made no imposition, made no mess, made no noise, really. What a refreshing, honest, affordable way to do business! Thank you, Christian.
