I'm only giving Octavio a 4-star because the problem wasn't figured out. Octavio is a great mechanic. Unfortunately, he thought my problem was the battery and it was more than that. If I hadn't misplaced his number I would have called him back directly and I know he would have called me back and figured it out for me. Unfortunately, I had to go through Your Mechanic, which is now owned by Wrench and customer service isn't as good as Your Mechanic. It takes them forever to get back to you and then they want to charge you an arm and a leg for everything! I don't blame Octavio for anything. I've had him work on my car before and he's knowledgeable and friendly.
