At first I wasn't to sure if I would like this type of service, but boy was I wrong. I love the ease of setting up my appointment with him. And also like the feature of supplying your own parts. All you have to do is just pay for the labor and that's it. So much cheaper than going to Firestone! He arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment to my surprise. And also very helpful, informative and thorough. I'll be using him again.
