Joseph is an all around great guy with enthusiasm and a positive attitude. My appointment was originally scheduled for 3:15pm, we had been messaging throughout the day as he was settling the few concerns I had about the upcoming service. Turns out that he was able to come to me 2 hours early! In fact, he beat me to my house. Friendly guy with a evident joy for what he does! I can not say enough about how impressed I am by his service. Did I mention he completed the job in one hour when it was expected to take 3+ !!!!?? I know where my business is going for the forseeable future no matter what the issue may be, I just hopoe he doesn't mind :)

Hello, if the brakes were used to the point to where they started grinding before you took it in for repair, the backing plate might have made contact with the rotors, damaging the surface leading to replacement. Brake rotors also...
Windshield cracked while parked indoors
Answered by Michael
