I'm very pleased with Raymond's work. My van no longer rattles when I apply the brakes and stops much faster. I'm giving 4 stars because he had to stop partway through to get more tools (he had to blowtorch a bolt off that was so stuck it broke his impact driver bit ). It sounded like he was working on getting a bigger/better vehicle setup for yourmechanic calls so that he could bring more supplies with him, so I doubt that will be an issue again. All in all, I'd work with Raymond again, very pleased
