Came on time. On day off, kept in touch via text telling when he was in transit to you and what time he'd be there. Even got a text advising he arrived. Took time to explain in detail.

Nicholas examined the engine of my 2001 Buick Park Avenue and found that there was fuel (perhaps too much), spark and that the engine should start but did not. No tune-ups have been performed on the car engine since purchase. A fuel pressure regulator will be the next step.

Paul arrived early (which I appreciated) after verifying it was ok to do so. He was professional, fast, and went above and beyond to provide me with additional information. This was my first use of your mechanic and will definitely use the service again. Hopefully I will be able to use Paul specifically.

AMOUNT PAID

$70.00
by Yola from Raleigh, NC 27604

Paul was great as far as being personable and friendly. He said my car had a blown head gasket. #Devistating. I had mobile shop to come out to pick it up and paid for another evaul fee. Turns out that it just needed a tune up with new spark plugs. There was no white smoke from tailpipe, water in oil or other indicators that Headgasket was blown. They fixed the issue and my car has been working fine ever since. I think that my fee paid to YourMechanic should be returned for the misdiagnosis. Thanks
