Clarissa was a good listener and very easy to talk to when she contacted me the day before the appointment. She was punctual, left the worksite clean, and contacted me as soon as the work was completed. This was my first time using Your Mechanic and due to Clarissa's professionalism I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

SERVICE

Water Pump

AMOUNT PAID

$291.22
by George from Philadelphia, PA 19115

Junard did a great job switching out the water pump on the 2003 Focus. The tight engine bay did not make it easy for him. He was thorough in making sure there were no coolant leaks or circulation problems and that all belts were tight and did not squeak. Great service and saved me 200 dollars compared to other shops. Once again a very difficult job considering the engine layout.

AMOUNT PAID

$99.00
by Michelle from Pennsauken, NJ 08110

Junard was totally amazing and extremely easy to communicate with regarding my pre-purchase car assessment. He was very thorough and knowledgeable in helping to make an unformed decision about my purchase. He even advised me regarding the functionalities, mechanics, tires and warranty. I am well pleased and very grateful for his services.

by Kerry from Newtown Square, PA 19073

Leslie is the man. Awesome from the start of the process to the finish. He came to my home twice in a week. Number one he was extremely punctual, actually 10 to 15 minutes early each time. Also he is very personable, and very knowledgeable. Changed my alternator, and serpentine belt in my 2006 Ford F150. This Is my first time using this service, and I will definitely use it again. Once again, Leslie is the man! Thank you.

Was late to my appointment. Seems like he just got a late start. Although he stated that there was some sort of mix up with parts. Either way I had to wait. He did seem to do a good job as far as the oil change I received
