Chris arrived on time and quickly wen to work fixing the problem. He was very friendly and personable. We chatted while he worked. He explained everything he was doing to my van. Not only did Ron show up right on time, he was incredibly cordial and down to earth. He had my trust before my keys even left my hand! Ron takes his job super seriously and attended to every detail to make sure my car was fixed good as new. He explained to me what he did and didn’t try to sell me on any crazy extras. Never did I feel like it was a typical trip to the mechanic. I will most definitely be using his services again in the future, but the way my car is running now, I may never have to!
