Amazing! I love the fact that he showed up early, that's always a plus in my book. He troubleshooted the issue until pinpointing exactly what was wrong. Brett also allowed me to ask questions and told me what he was doing/trying to find out. I appreciate his ability to work quickly and thoroughly to discover what the issue was. Very professional and efficient. Very helpful with some questions I had and took his time to make sure I was happy. He was able to complete the work (starter replacement '08 accord / not easy) and did not need one of the items I was originally charged for and removed them on his own....I would never have known the difference. He lowered the cost of the work and got it done correctly and quickly. It was great to deal with a real mechanic who was very knowledgeable and honest.
