I have called on Chris several times for issues I have had with my 2 vehicles and he fixes the problems then rides off into the sunset leaving me satisfied each time. I book Chris specifically even if I have to wait an extra day to get fit into his schedule. He is worth it. Professional and efficient.

Carlos is a great asset to your company. He is working hard to get our van in top shape. We really appreciate his expertise and he goes above and beyond to help us understand what is going on. See you soon Carlos, thank you!

Carlos arrived, diagnosed the problem, told me the full estimate for work will arrive by email later. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I trust him.

He was on time and cordial. I could not be happier with the result, came and done the job without having my vehicle taken to a dealer or local mechanic shop. It'll probably be the last time I visit my local mechanic.

Manuel was early and jumped right in. Showed me where all the issues were and prioritized what work needed to be done. Got a great quote back for the work and am currently working out a time for Manuel to come back and do the repair. Very happy so far.

Ricardo showed up on time and was ready to work. He noticed and recommended some extra service (sway bar bushings) while he was R&R the main job (control arms), called me for approval, and got the parts. Despite some challenges and difficulty with the job which caused the time to go over by several hours, he stayed to finish the job and close up. He also noticed some possible engine issue (water in oil) and we decided together to wait on some additional but delayable work. Ricardo's attitude and helpfulness were excellent. I appreciate the new front suspension being done at a great price.

Answers to common Dodge questions

Headlights go out randomly, will come back on after
Answered by Derek
As silly as it sounds, the issue is most likely caused by an intermittent failure in your Totally Integrated Power Module (TIPM). Of course it’s important to have the circuit and connections checked, but the TIPM is the most common...
Tie rod broke, scared to drive truck now
Answered by Derek
The failure was most likely caused by water intrusion. Dodge has released customer satisfaction letter L04 that outlines the issue that you have experienced. The letter states that vehicles shipped to cold weather climates allow water ingression; thus causing wear...
Heater stopped working, where’s the problem?
Answered by Derek
The best solution for this issue is to replace your Heater, Vent and A/C (HVAC) housing. A little explanation is needed here. Inside that housing are several doors that direct airflow, either through the heater core or evaporator, as well...
Truck stalls out when driving
Answered by Derek
Stalling issues can be not only dangerous but nerve racking, as they can be often hard to predict. There are many possible causes, and to help the technicians narrow down the cause, it is recommended to track the time, temperature...
