He was personable, trustworthy, and quick-working. The only reason why he didn't get 5 Stars is because oil was spilled on my concrete driveway and not cleaned up. I'm sure he would have cleaned it up but I didn't see it until after my car was moved.

My primary concern was to gain information about what triggered the check engine light to turn on and determine the next steps. I am a out-of-state buyer and Michael did a pre-purchase inspection for me. He gave me all of the good points and flaws of a truck I was considering to purchase.
