Richard is a knowledgeable and courteous pro. Great mechanic. It's not typical for me to have my Benz serviced anywhere other than the dealership but this man has a comfortable level of European knowledge. The removal and replacement of motor/transmission mounts was the task. Richard pulled it off and had my E-320 up and rolling again without a hitch.
