Mechanic arrived after notifying me he was on his way. Checked with me as to what my problem with the car was, and confirmed my situation.... Checked it out himself, proceeded to explain what normally goes wrong and then proceeded to make the repairs. I asked if I could observe and he had no problem with that, in fact as he was doing his work, he explained the process.... He was very professional and courteous and I was pleased with the experience. I would recommend him to anyone that needed work done correctly and expertly... he realigned my system several times until not only was I satisfied but he also needed to be satisfied with job being done correctly.... This was my first time using this service and it was amazing. Luis was professional as they come. What we thought was a simple job of replacing an oxygen sensor turned into a stubborn battle of leverage and torque. Luis didn’t quit, he was determined to remove the sensor and replace it.
