Jose was very personable and communicated prior to arrival. Once arrived, he gave me great confidence that he was a subject matter expert and pro mechanic. I let him know what was going on and the "spongy" feeling in my breaks and he began to trouble shoot the issue. He came well prepared with what he needed, and the required materials for my specific vehicle. Once complete, there was no doubt the issue was resolved.
