Richard made contact withe via text message to advise if I was okay with him arriving earlier for my appointment. I thought that was very professional and courteous. He arrived within 10 mins and completed the install of my new wiper sensor and signal replacement in 20 mins. He did a complete check of my F150 and let me know one of my wipers may need to be replaced soon. I appreciated his help and timeliness.
