Dead batteries are always an unpleasant surprise. After multiple failed attempts at jump starting the battery on a Friday evening at round 1830 - I booked an appointment with Kevin for Saturday morning at 1100 through the YM website. Kevin reached out at 0900 on Saturday morning to confirm the appointment and mentioned that he already had the battery and could get started at 0930. I had no problem with moving up the appointment, so I agreed. Kevin showed up at the scheduled time, introduced himself and mentioned that he was going to change the battery and perform a 50 point inspection as well as test the alternator free of charge. Kevin began to replace the battery shortly thereafter and he was done with everything in around 30 minutes or so. He had a friendly demeanor the entire time which is always nice. The car was running properly and I was happy that there were no other issues. I was completely satisfied with the work and I’d highly recommend YM and/or Kevin for anyone that’s in need of a mobile mechanic. 5 out of 5. 👍
