Anthony kept me posted on when he would arrive. Although he did not make the designated appoint times (through no fault of his own) he kept me apprised of when he would be there. His work was thorough and professional and met high standards. I believe it was the company's fault for overbooking him or having to go back to previous jobs that other mechanics had messed up. I will say this. If I was not retired and had to be somewhere for work, I would not use YourMechanic (the company) again as it would have been very inconvenient. But again, I do not blame the mechanic. I blame your scheduling agents.
