Joshua is definitely well versed in car engines. He determined the problem in less than 30 seconds compared to my last mechanic (BigO tire) attributed the problem as my Rav4 is old high mileage car. Lol. And that's going to be my last time giving them my money! I knew it came from the belt area of the engine! Joshua confirmed it as a failed bearing in the water pump. I am definitely impressed with Joshua's knowledge in cars and his professionalism and good all around guy to be a good friend who knows cars. I will defintely tell my friends and family about him.

I had an excellent experience with Joshua! He came out to my office so that I wouldn't have to take time off work. He arrived early and was very friendly and professional when we met. After completing the inspection, fixing some bulbs, adjusting my tires, changing the oil, and completing a few other tasks (all in the parking lot at my work!), he called to let me know he was done. I met him back in the parking lot and he took the time to walk me through everything he checked and fixed. He gave me tips on what I should keep an eye on in the coming year and what things I should be checking regularly. Arrived 5-10min early for our appointment which was great because I was early too. He was also easy to track his location on my mobile phone. David was very cool, quick, and knowledgeable. We diagnosed the problem and he went at it! He estimated about 45-50min but finished in 35-40min. He worked on my car while I was at work so it was all a convenient, great experience.

WOW! Professional, knowledgeable, honest. I needed a 'Pre Purchase Inspection' on a vehicle I was buying from a private party. It was a 2011 Lexus that had a 'too good to be true' sale price but had a salvage title.
