James was very helpful. I had booked him to replace the rear brakes. When he inspected the brakes, he stated they did not need to be replaced as there was plenty of pad left on them, plus they were wearing pretty evenly. During the inspection, he did notice some other things that needed attention, such as the bearings for all 4 wheels, as there was some play in the tires. He also noticed an issue with a tie rod, but stated there was not immediate need to fix that issue, but to keep an eye on it. He also noticed that a caliper bolt was missing and the other was loose on the driver side. I had done the front brakes myself recently and guess I forgot to tighten them down. He stated I could go to the local auto store and get the bolt. I went after he left and got that taken care of. He stated he was surprised that the caliper had not fallen off while I drove the truck back and forth to work. Since the brakes did not need to be replaced, he only charged for the brake inspection. James was very friendly and didn't try to upsell anything that I didn't need. He stays busy, but I would definitely recommend him.
