Rodric was thorough and fast in completing the work. He also had a very professional demeanor once he arrived. Unfortunately, I only gave 3 stars because he was very late and left a mess: My appointment was for 10:00am, and he arrive almost at 10:40 without notifying me he would be late. I received a text from YourMechanic at 9:27am stating that “Rodric is on his way,” which provided a GPS-linked map showing his location. His location did not change until about 10:00am, which I initially thought was a glitch in the GPS, but what I now assume must have been Rodric sending an “on my way” message 30 minutes prior to finishing with his previous client so that I would think he was on his way. After he left, there were 4 greasy smeared handprints across my front bumper, grease under my door handle, and on my keys.
