Godwin knew his stuff, he was very professional. He worked at a Honda dealership, he drove a Honda, Godwin definitely knows Honda and Acura maintenance. The whole experience was very convenient, I was able to eat breakfast and do laundry while a mechanic was working on my car.

Godwin was actually early to my residence and he called before hand to let me know. He was professional and knowledgeable on Acuras. He actually told me that my battery was low and I'd probably have to either charge it or get a new one. He was right...my car continued to have starting problems for a couple of days so I replaced the battery and it starts right up now.

Chris was very responsible and informed me in plenty of time that he would be here later than expected. Ok with me. Chris showed me the part (steering pump) where it was losing pressure and therefore not getting steering fluid property, causing the car to moan & groan when turning. He analysed it and replaced pump within the allotted time. I made another appointment with Chris to take care of another regular replacement to insure that the car would continually be "ready to roll" whenever I needed. Thanks to Chris, as it was a professional and timely service call.
