Wlliam did arrive a little late, but in this business, nothing in time is ever guaranteed, having worked on many cars myself over the years, a repair often takes longer than projected. He was professional and did call ahead to inform me he was running late, about ten minutes before the scheduled arrival time, which was no issue, and was appreciated. He was knowledgeable and professional and I would recommend him to others, I will use the service again.

Phieford arrived about fifteen minutes before the scheduled appointment (I guess it helps being the first customer of the day), and he quickly did the replacement. Was able to have inquire about other available services and he gave me a quote that was pretty competitive when compared to the "brick and mortar" shops.
