Pleasantly surprised. I wasn't sure what to expect because I usually take my car to a local auto repair shop. When the price quoted seemed outrageous, I decided to look online. It's easy to hire someone to change out a part or fix a specific issue, but what makes a real mechanic is being able to see whats really going on, trouble shoot it, fix what need to be fixed. Chris showed up early, installed a the part I needed, and then was able to find and fix a major issue with my electrical system within an hour.
