Duane

I have used Duane on numerous appointments and on several different vehicles that I own. He always shows up early, does a thorough job and explains any issues so I can understand. He is the only mechanic that I will use now as I trust that he gives me a true picture of my vehicle and what is needed. No up selling like most shops and dealerships. Great guy!

Within a short time, Duane diagnosed my problem. I had feared it was the water pump and he confirmed that. I mainly feared the cost to be at the very least double what I heard from his quote. He was a pleasure to talk to and no upselling like most mechanics. 100% will use him again if any of my cars have any issues.

Duane is the man. He goes above and beyond to help out and make you feel comfortable. He is much more thorough than some of the indie shops I have been to. He takes the time do things like use using gauges to measure play in bushings as compared to indie shops that try to feel it by hand.

Very efficient, kept in touch with me on his anticipated arrival time and updates while working on my truck. This was my first time using this Your Mechanic service and felt Duane had a great wealth of knowledge and he was trustworthy. Easy process to line up the appointment and go over with Duane what was needed and not needed. Thanks again and highly recommend.

Duane was about 30 min early, which worked for me. He was clean, pleasant, asked the right questions & fid a battery check to make sure my problem really was the alternator. Done in 1 hr. Great!
