Duane showed up on time, he was at my apartment an hour before the scheduled appointment actually. He asked about the problem I explained briefly whats causing the issue gave him the replacment parts that I bought and asked him to apply lubricant to the gaskets which came with the parts. An hour later and he finished the job and checked for any leakage then left. All in all he is a punctual person, has a good work ethic and a professional you can count on.

I like Duane he was professional and a down to earth guy. I was surprised how fast he completed the repair. He showed up early did the repair. I'm having him come back to do some other maintenance I need done. I think Duane is going to be my go to guy. Thanks Duane for showing up and being professional. We need more people like you !!

Duane was wonderful!! He arrived early and was quick, but thorough. Because he arrived early, he was able to complete the work needed for my vehicle the same day and I didn't have to wait until the next available appointment, which was 7:00 PM the next night! Duane was early my appointment and began to diagnose my car right away. He was extremely knowledgeable about what was needed to repair my car and helped me make the proper decision. I would recommend him to others and will utilize his services in the future.

He replaced my battery very quickly, saved me from towing my Prius. Only have one shot to jump start a Prius. I jumped mine didn't realize it had started and pushed start again!! That was it! required a new battery after my error. Car didn't have time to reprogram and therefore thought itself on and would not jump again. Thanks, Eden

Showed up to replace ABS sensor which another technician said was my problem but after inspection showed me the other technician was wrong and my axle was actually cracked and needed to be replaced and he went out of his way to drive to escondido from san diego to get the part I needed and replaced it quick and easy and now theres no more ABS light on my dash all within an hour. Very professional and explains exactly and shows exactly whats going on.

Dune was awesome. Realize on the first trip that what I thought was wrong was not what was wrong and came back as soon as he had the part. It had to be special ordered so he set the appointment for 2:15 two days later but he got the part by 11:30 and came then instead, I think he was done in 45 minutes. So awesome.

Duane was right on time, fixed my vehicle in no time flat and I'm ready to go take my smog test. I really appreciate that he knows his parts so well he requested a specific manufacturer that works better in my particular make of vehicle. Great job Duane!
