I have used Duane on numerous appointments and on several different vehicles that I own. He always shows up early, does a thorough job and explains any issues so I can understand. He is the only mechanic that I will use now as I trust that he gives me a true picture of my vehicle and what is needed. No up selling like most shops and dealerships. Great guy!

Duane was about 30 min early, which worked for me. He was clean, pleasant, asked the right questions & fid a battery check to make sure my problem really was the alternator. Done in 1 hr. Great!

Needs to be careful W/R to oil spills.
