I have used Duane on numerous appointments and on several different vehicles that I own. He always shows up early, does a thorough job and explains any issues so I can understand. He is the only mechanic that I will use now as I trust that he gives me a true picture of my vehicle and what is needed. No up selling like most shops and dealerships. Great guy!

Within a short time, Duane diagnosed my problem. I had feared it was the water pump and he confirmed that. I mainly feared the cost to be at the very least double what I heard from his quote. He was a pleasure to talk to and no upselling like most mechanics. 100% will use him again if any of my cars have any issues.

He showed up early and was efficient and knowledgeable. Did a great job fixing my trunk door and letting me know what the problem was.

This is my first car repair and Mr.Duane made me feel very comfortable with the whole process. He arrived two hours early and got replaced two wheel bearings in an hour. He is very professional and got the job done right. Satisfied customer, definitely will be using this service again.
