I have used Duane on numerous appointments and on several different vehicles that I own. He always shows up early, does a thorough job and explains any issues so I can understand. He is the only mechanic that I will use now as I trust that he gives me a true picture of my vehicle and what is needed. No up selling like most shops and dealerships. Great guy!

Within a short time, Duane diagnosed my problem. I had feared it was the water pump and he confirmed that. I mainly feared the cost to be at the very least double what I heard from his quote. He was a pleasure to talk to and no upselling like most mechanics. 100% will use him again if any of my cars have any issues.

Very efficient, kept in touch with me on his anticipated arrival time and updates while working on my truck. Knowledgeable, friendly, and quick!

Duane was about 30 min early, which worked for me. He was clean, pleasant, asked the right questions & fid a battery check to make sure my problem really was the alternator. Done in 1 hr. Great!

Needs to be careful W/R to oil spills.

My car has been playing tricks on many skilled mechanics who could not find the problem to my constant check engine light coming on and off. Duane, contacted me to let me know he was ahead of schedule and if it would be alright to come out early. I was pleased with that. Duane diagnosed the problem quickly. I will definitely contact him again if i need repair on my vehicles.
