Called ahead so I'd know he was there, waited for me to get there as I was running behind, quickly inspected what he could, gave me helpful information about what not to worry about and good tips on what the actual problem was. Very friendly and personable!

On time and thorough for the pre-purchase inspection. I (the buyer) was not at the inspection. Would have appreciated a few more photos of the vehicle but I don't know what the company policy is on that.

Andrew found out the real issue with my vehicle after it was misdiagnosed. He also was very thorough in explaining the issue to me as far as which parts I needed, how it needs to be assembled, etc. I appreciated the extra effort and time he put in to get my car running again and giving me an accurate diagnosis. I highly recommend Andrew! :)

Excellent work! This truck commonly ends up with broken bolts when removing the exhaust manifold. He did it without any broken! He replaced them with "never-seize" and new bolts. A good, quality job. I'm sure I will be using them/him again!
