Ralph went to do a Pre-Purchase Inspection on a vehicle that I am interested in. He was punctual and called to let me know he was at the dealership. I was not present, I work the night shift. The report I got was clear, concise, and very thorough. It even included pictures of all the areas of inspection and any concerns that I would need to address. The owner of the dealership was extremely impressed with Ralph and his methods. This was a first for him. Most potential owners never do an inspection or takes the vehicle to "their" mechanic.
