Ralph went to do a Pre-Purchase Inspection on a vehicle that I am interested in. He was punctual and called to let me know he was at the dealership. I was not present, I work the night shift. The report I got was clear, concise, and very thorough. It even included pictures of all the areas of inspection and any concerns that I would need to address. The owner of the dealership was extremely impressed with Ralph and his methods. This was a first for him. Most potential owners never do an inspection or takes the vehicle to "their" mechanic. This time the mechanic came to the vehicle. I have used the "YOUR MECHANIC" service before on another vehicle we own and was impressed with how easy this was.

Super friendly and honest! Even showed up a little early for the appointment which was pretty nice. Moving a big SUV to a shop when it was very much not going to go anywhere on its own power was going to be a pain, so it was really nice being able to have someone come out and get it going without having the hassle of getting it towed to a shop. Turned out my issue was a pretty quick fix and he was done in less than 30 minutes (battery discharged due to a wiggly ignition being in the "on" position) and he gave me recommendations for what I'll likely need to fix in the future and was honest about what was going on/what he'd be able to fix. No extra frills or upselling, just plain ol' getting the car recharged and putting me back on my way :)
