Josh got here earlier than was originally said. He went right to work but was friendly and EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the situation. Being with our AC here in Memphis during the summer months is unbearable. Plus my husband had a heart attack and needs his ac. Josh got it figured out in no time and it was not an unGodly cost.
