Abdul was on-time (early), professional, and honest. He never gave me the run-around or made any guarantees. He showed up for an inspection and diagnosed and replaced my starter in less than an hour because of his suggestion to run to the parts store while he was taking out the starter. I got back just in time with a new starter and he installed it and tightened my belts in less than half an hour. Best mechanic experience I've ever had. Car started perfectly. All this and he did it in a parking garage (granted he had space on both sides). He's won my business.
