Q: XClearlake Mazda is saying I cause wire harness problem because diagnoses shows I start call too many times. I only started car 3
I got up for work and tried to start car 3 times. Car would not start. Wrecker driver start it once. Since the car was under certified warranty I took it to Clearlake Mazda were it was purchased. They advise that wire harness need to be replace. Although this part is covered under warranty, they are saying I'm responsible for paying because diagnostic is showing I started car too many times which cause the problem. Is this possible by starting car 3 times i should be responsible for paying. $1000.00. Doesn't sound right. I've only had car since March 2017 and had it in and out of Theron shop 3 times for battery replacement and other issues.
