Fuel filter location seems to be clogged

My car has 129500 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.

The fuel filter on your Rondo is actually located inside the fuel tank and is part of the fuel pump assembly. We could make some suggestions on what else could be causing the issues, if we had a little more information to go on. Without knowing exactly what you are experiencing, it would be extremely difficult to make a recommendation. If there is an issue that is causing your vehicle to perform below what you feel it should be, it would probably be best to contact a certified mechanic, like those available at YourMechanic.com.

My car feels like the brakes are engaging on their own when I am driving
This is normally due to brake calipers (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/brake-caliper-replacement) sticking. I would recommend having a brake inspection (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/brakes-steering-and-suspension-inspection) performed to determine the exact cause of this issue. Consider YourMechanic as this can be done at your home or office.
