Q: Vehicle is in limp mode. How can i reset it?

I change the plugs put new lower intake in new gaskets car was running before I did all this but after I put it back together the red ! Light came on and its not revving passed 3000 rpm can any one help me out please

My car has 151000 miles.
My car has a manual transmission.
