Q: Toyota Camry 2005 car turns off but dash speed indicator sticks still stay on? 4 cylinder model

Put in new battery, Alternator passed Voltage and other tests but when we got the car running when I turn it off the speed light indicator sticks on the dash stay on no matter what
My car has an automatic transmission.
