Q: Steering wheel locked

The steering wheel is locked, and the key won't turn to start the car.

The key lock cylinder, or the key, is defective. If you have a second key, try it first. If that does not work, then the ignition lock cylinder is most likely the cause. I recommend that you have a mechanic, such as one from YourMechanic, come by and properly diagnose the cause of your car not starting.
