Q: Steering wheel locked

asked by on

The steering wheel is locked, and the key won't turn to start the car.

The key lock cylinder, or the key, is defective. If you have a second key, try it first. If that does not work, then the ignition lock cylinder is most likely the cause. I recommend that you have a mechanic, such as one from YourMechanic, come by and properly diagnose the cause of your car not starting.
