My rear tire appears to be bent under the car after hitting a curb.

An impact that can bend a rim can cause further damage which are not immediately visible. Issues with bent tires may also indicate further problems with the suspension or steering. I would have this issue looked over by a certified mechanic as soon as possible before taking the car on the road.
