Q: Rack and pinion has been replaced three times in three months

My rack . PINION KEEPS BREAKING. I HAVE HAD TO REPLACE 3 TIMES IN 3 MONTHS. COULD THIS BE THE MECHANICS FAULT?? IF SO Y, ??
