Q: One cylinder doesnt seem to be firing.

Replaced all 4 fuel injectors with remaned ones from Rock Auto. Prior to this, occasionally would smell fuel when starting. Seemed flooded so after pushing pedal to floor and cranking, it would finally start with a big plume of grayish smoke. The smoke cleared away after several minutes and then ran o.k. Now, after replacing all 4 injectors,( I even put an old one back in to test but still no difference.I believe I had the car scanned with the result of #1 cyl. injector issue) it seems to be running on 3 cylinders.This symptom has not changed. I checked my work and it looked o.k. I brought it to a local mech. and he says probably the e.c.u. I dont think it is because at least before, it would run o.k. except for the what I believed was an injector leaking down. Codes I have/had=p0138,p0131,p0116,p0140, p0245. I already replaced upstream #1 02 sensor and CTS Thanks for any help.
