My car keeps running hot. I parked it for 10 minutes and all of the oil leaked out. Now, I can also hear a ticking sound when it is running.

When you say all the oil leaked out, are you sure it was oil and not coolant? If all your coolant leaks out your car will surely overheat. I would ask for help from one of the mechanics at YourMechanic to come take a look at your vehicle and replace the coolant in your car.
