Q: My car is stalling

When i take my car out of park and put it into reverse or sometimes drive it gives me push back at the pedal and stalls if i do not floor it. Also once i come to a complete stop in drive or go to slow it stalls.

My car has 1020000 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.
