Hello, diagnosing a noise is a hands on jab and must be heard firsthand for a proper recommendation. The noise could be coming from and item on the belt drive or possibly the engine itself. To pinpoint the cause of the noise, I would have a certified mechanic inspect the vehicle’s sound and engine to determine why it is knocking.
