Q: is there a connection between a steering wheel that will not lock and the truck ignition/engine not cranking or starting?
Key turns but engine does not turn over. At the same time, I first noticed the steering wheel would not lock regardless of turning. To diagnose the issue, I have Tested fused, relays, battery, and all are good. The truck also did not start when jumped. I Disconnected battery for several minutes -still engine will not start. I also tried different keys. Not sure what else to try but looking for suggestions. Thx
