Q: Intermittent Windshield Wipers move 1/4 of the way
2015 Encore AWD - Intermittent Windshield Wipers, as well as using the squirts - the wipers will wipe up completely normally, and on the return, only return 1/4 of the way. Requiring multiple wiper lever presses to return the wipers to their starting position. This is also the case with the rear wiper. A couple times it continued for my entire drive (about 20 minutes), a couple other times it seemed to correct itself about half-way through the trip. The Encore is a lease that i've had for a little over a year, not sure if it would be something that would be covered by warranty or something that would be easier to correct on my own. Thanks.
