My car has 120000 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.

If you got lots of spark then either you hooked up cables backwards or the battery is shorted and will need to be replaced. For the vehicle not moving may be caused by low battery voltage or if you shorted system you may have blown fuses or damaged the computer module. Have the battery and system tested by a mechanic like one from YourMechanic to determine the causes or damages done.
