How do I replace the battery in my key fob?

The key fob that comes with your truck has a battery inside. At some point in time, you will find the need to replace this battery. To replace the battery on your key fob.

  1. Use a thin coin to slide open the battery cover.

  2. Peel the rubber gasket up if it does not come off with the battery.

  3. Take out the old battery and replace it with a new one.

  4. Put the battery cover back on.
