Was afraid of that. Unfortunately you are looking at timing chain kit and phasers. And I would have the oil pressure checked first. Must have a minimum of 25 PSI on a fully warmed up engine. If under that, then an [oil pump](/topics-oil-pump-ford/) as well
Anything short of that is a waste of money and time on this engine
