Relief valve on top of def tank has def fluid coming out and leaking on ground
My car has an automatic transmission.

The DEF tank is not serviceable except as an assembly and the entire tank will need to be replaced as an assembly. Make sure to not over fill the tank.

Transmission is shifting poorly, what’s causing this?
It is possible that this is a sign of impending catastrophic failure but not a guarantee. First, check to see if your vehicle is leaking any fluid and if so, verify the type of fluid. If you find a leak...

I have no spark, no ignition, no current is going to the ignition coil. Could this be a Auto Shut-Down Relay?

My car cranks, it's turning over but it won't start.

I have oil dripping from the steering damper all the way back to the transmission
I hear you, tracing oil leaks is hard! I suspect as you do that the leak is at the "nose" or front of the engine (possibly at the front crankshaft seal (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/front-crankshaft-seal-replacement)), and the higher oil pressure at road speed...
Broken belt
the most common cause of a belt breaking or coming off is the belt tensioner seizes and throws off the belt. Have the tensioner and belt replaced. Check all the other pulleys are free moving and not seized.
Changed transmission filter and now car stutters when accelerating from stop but is fine driving on highway
It may take some time for the new fluid to disperse and you may have erratic shifting but any slippage may be worn clutches inside the transmission and need internal work.
