I took my car smog check and it failed with code P04

A bit of testing will need to be done to determine which is the cause. If you take it in to a shop early in the morning, they can test and repair in the same day. Is there a mechanic that comes and can be fix it outside the shop? I asked because I don’t have anyone to help me if in the case I have to leave my car to the shop.
