Q: Can front wheel drive car engine power rear wheel drive

Hi sir i am having one question is it possible to convert toyota corolla engine to rear wheel drive the engine which is in toyota corolla drives front wheel but can we take that engine and convert it to rear wheel drive and plant that engine in mid engine layout is that swap is possible do every front wheel drive car engine be converted to rear wheel drive because the basic object of engine is to give power but it depends on manufacturer to give it front ,rear or all wheel drive but can all front wheel drive engines like toyota nissan honda engines can be converted to rear wheel drive waiting fir reply thanks indeed
