Q: Back wheels won't turn,just drag

asked by on July 13, 2017

Overall car had been sitting for 3 months but I did start it up a few times during the 3 months.I replaced the thermostat, water pump and radiator in the 3 months it was sitting. When finished with the radiator a few days ago we turned the car on and the back tires are locked up and just drag . Car goes into gear well and e-brake seams normal. I had driven the car up and down the road about 3 weeks ago with no problems at all except realized I had a hole in radiator. Car was working and driving good it has new tires and only had problems with the cooling system . I can't figure out why tires are locked up after finishing the raditor job.

My car has 19600 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.
