Q: Ambulance noise whine sound when I drive

asked by on February 17, 2018

My car whines when I drive it gets louder with the RPMs go up. I don't have any shifting problems or any stalling just a loud annoying whining noise especially when I go into sport mode and gets louder

My car has 35000 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.

It is possible that you could be having an issue with your turbo. I would recommend having your engine inspected by a qualified professional to determine the exact cause of this issue. Sometimes turboscan wine even louder than normal when they are malfunctioning.
